2. Invoice Management System

• The system encompasses Finance team, Approver, and Payroll team modules. The Payroll Team adds draft invoices, automatically calculates service charges and tax GST based on the invoice and client's state. The team uploads invoice details using an Excel file. The Approver reviews and approves or disapproves invoices upon receiving an approval email, which notifies the Finance team.
• The Approver can also add and approve draft invoices. The Finance Team holds final approval authority, generating invoice numbers and creating credit notes. Reporting functionality also available to all roles.
• The system utilizes JavaScript, Asp.Net, Ado.Net, and C#. The backend operates on SQL Server 2014. The assigned role involves implementing the modules.
